Refund Conditions & Types

1.Full Refund 
Orders not shipped: Apply for full refund anytime before dispatch.
For signed orders with severe quality issues, false descriptions, or shipping errors, return goods in original packaging with proof.
Orders with logistics stagnation exceeding 7 days.

2.Partial Refund 
For bundled products, refunds are calculated based on actual returned items after discount adjustments.
Minor defects that do not affect usage may qualify for price compensation.

3.No Refund 
Customized goods/clothing (hygiene tags intact)
"Final sale" marked discounted items
Damaged by user or expired warranty (fresh produce: 48 hours post-delivery)

Refund Process & Timeline

1.Online Application 
Log in → Order details → Submit refund request with evidence (photos/videos)
2.Seller Review 
Response within 1-3 business days;
3.Return Shipment 
Return goods within 7 days after approval,And pay for return postage 
4.Refund Settlement 
Original payment method within 3-15 days; credit card refunds may take up to 30 days.

 Special Notes

1.Coupons/points cannot be cashed out.
2.One-time no-reason return per order.
3.Abuse of refund services may lead to account freezing
